NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Traene (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees, managers, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 and ends on August 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter by:

(a) Completing the online entry form available at traenefitnesspickleball.kinsta.cloud; or

(b) Completing an entry form at Sponsor’s facility; or

(c) Completing and entry form on Sponsor’s social media.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

No purchase, payment, membership, or other consideration is required to enter.

Following Sponsor on social media, liking posts, sharing content, or subscribing to marketing communications is voluntary and will not increase the odds of winning.

5. PRIZE

3 winners will receive a free gym membership for a period of twelve (12) months. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100.

The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and is subject to Sponsor’s standard membership policies and facility rules.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Three winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about [Drawing Date] from all eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner(s) will be contacted by telephone and/or email. If the potential winner(s) cannot be reached within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner(s).

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.

10. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices. 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

12. WINNERS LIST

To obtain the name of the winner(s), send a written request to 304 Maplewood Ave., Portsmouth, NH within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
